I cannot log in- I forgot my PIN

If you forgot your PIN, first log into your Betcris account and then:

Mobile users:

1. Click on your 'Account' icon in the upper-right side of your screen
2. Select ‘PIN****’
3. Check your PIN or change it if you wish. Just follow the on screen-instructions.

Desktop users: 

1. Click on the 'PIN' icon in the upper-right side of your screen
2. Check your PIN or change it if you wish. Just follow the on screen-instructions.
