If you forgot your password, first go to Betcris homepage, and then,
Mobile users:
1. Click on ‘Log In’ in the upper-right part of the screen, and then on‘ Forgot Account/ Password?’.
2. Select ‘I don’t remember my password’ and enter your Betcris account ID.
3. Click on 'Send me a new password'.
Desktop users:
1. Click on ‘Can't access your account?’ in the upper-right side of the screen.
2. Select ‘I don’t remember my password’ and enter your Betcris account ID.
3. Click on 'Send me a new password'.
The instructions for recovering your password will be sent to the email you entered. Follow them to access your account and continue enjoying Betcris.
Remember the requirements to set/change your Betcris account password:
- It must contain letters and numbers.
- It must have a Minimum of 8 characters.
- It must include at least one lowercase letter and one uppercase letter.
- It cannot contain your name or account number.
- It cannot be your old password.
