Where can I find the Live Chat service?
If you do not have a Betcris account, or have not logged in:
Mobile users: Click the ‘LOG IN’ option at the top right of your screen, and then select the ‘Chat’ option:
Desktop User: At the bottom right side of your screen, click on the Chat icon:
If you have already logged into your Betcris account:
Mobile users: Click your account icon at the top right of your screen, and then select the ‘Chat’ option:
Desktop User: At the bottom right side of your screen, click on the Chat icon:
You can also find a Live Chat icon available in the Online Cashier:

If you can’t still see the Live chat icon, it is possible that you need to delete cookies and cache from your browser.
How do I delete cookies and cache from my browser?
In the Chrome app:
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app.
- At the top right, press the 'More' option (three-dot vertical menu).
- Select the ‘History’ option.
- Choose the option 'Clear browsing data'.
- Choose a time interval (the 'All' option is recommended).
- Check the boxes next to "Cached images and files" and "Site data and cookies."
- Hit 'Clear Data'.
In your Chrome browser on Windows (desktop):
- In the Chrome window, click the ‘More’ option (three-dot vertical menu) in the upper-right corner of your screen.
- Select the 'More tools' option and then select 'Clear browsing data'.
- Check that the boxes next to 'Cached images and files'
